Excluding the cost of raw material, die design is the most determining factor on the piece cost. A good design allows us to increase the quantity of pieces per minute, reduce the setting up stops and maintenance costs.

Euro Estampaciones develops full project, for progressive, transfer and conventional dies, using drawing advanced technologies and simulation software. We have large experience using auxiliary elements to screw, inserting nuts and screws and checking piece inside of die process.

Once the die construction is finished, we have a die stamping specialist team that make the set-up die in serial conditions.
